C. From an employer''s perspective, embracing remote work can also be advantageous. Companies can access a wider, global talent pool, no longer limited by geographical constraints. It can also lead to substantial cost savings through reduced office space requirements and lower overheads. Furthermore, offering remote work options has become a key factor in attracting and retaining top talent in a competitive job market.

D. However, the shift to remote work is not without its challenges. Maintaining a strong company culture and fostering spontaneous collaboration can be difficult when teams are physically dispersed. There are concerns about "Zoom fatigue" from constant video calls and the blurring of boundaries between work and personal life, which can lead to employee burnout. Furthermore, issues of cybersecurity and ensuring equitable access to technology for all employees must be addressed. As a result, many companies are now exploring hybrid models, which aim to combine the benefits of both remote and in-office work, shaping the future of employment in the post-pandemic era.
